Gosia is a an international meditation teacher, human scientist, sociologist and psychotherapist.
She supports others in creating balance between daily life and spiritual practice with an emphasis on healthy human foundations that support our daily choices and authenticity.
Having been trained in the Western academic understanding of the human being and being passionate about evolving on her spiritual path as a Buddhist for over 19 years, she has now developed an understanding of an Eastern practical psychology. Becoming a Buddhist teacher, she is working on creating integrated approach to spirituality for Buddhist practitioners, especially around Highest Yoga Tantra context. She has authorisation from her Lamas (Glenn Mullin & Jhampa Shaneman) to transmit & teach Vajrayana Buddhism and its practices, such as the Six Yogas of Naropa.
In her private practice she is qualified in holistic and integrative psychotherapeutic approaches, which enable her to provide therapy with a unique understanding of the human psyche using various modalities.
Gosia went through a massive transformation from a stuttering shy, insecure introvert with a social phobia to an inspiring speaker, successfully working with people of many backgrounds, cultures and social standings. She is motivated to help others in their day to day and spiritual transformations.
Together with her husband Jonas Over (meditation teacher) she runs Vajra Mandala, a Vajrayana Buddhist center.
