Gosia is a human scientist, sociologist and psychotherapist.
She helps others empower their lives and build self-esteem on the healthy foundations that support our daily choices, creating a meaningful and happy life.
Having been trained in the Western academic understanding of the human being and passionate about evolving on her spiritual path as a Buddhist for over 15 years, she has now developed an understanding of an Eastern practical psychology.
She is qualified in holistic and integrative psychotherapeutic approaches, which enable her to provide therapy with a unique understanding of the human psyche. Through her work as a business consultant in the commercial field, she has gained a lot of experience that today helps her to understand the modern mentality, lifestyle and its challenges.
Gosia went through a massive transformation from a stuttering shy, insecure introvert with a social phobia to an inspiring speaker, successfully working with people of many backgrounds, cultures and social standings.

"I went through depression and emotional breakdown in my early 20-ties, and I transformed my life. I overcame all my limitation because I made a decision, that from now on I will be strong to be able to help others, instead of needing others support being week due to my victim mentality. From that time on everything I do, I do to help others who need a support in any moment of doubt or weakness. I became strong in my spiritual path, my work, my academic career and in my relationships. I am not a superhero, but I am my own hero. I love myself and I am sharing my experience with others helping them to empower and heal."
